3月初，中國人民代表大會期間傳出，將於下半年啟動規模新台幣1兆元的碳排放權交易市場，成為新加坡之後正式推動的國家。眼看著近年台灣空氣汙染日益嚴重，若不再正視碳足跡（carbon footprint），未來恐怕連呼吸的空氣都要花錢買。
