一、維力炸醬麵
1.法國姊弟
姊：這些麵條的好滋味就像...伴隨著鹹死人不償命的口味，對吧？
They are super tasty like...with a very salty taste, right?
弟：對，維力炸醬麵好吃！
Yes. It’s very good!
姊：有種魚的味道！然後還有點辣辣的
Oh it’s a fish taste. I think they are a bit spicy.
2.法國夫妻
妻：挖賽！好辣
Oh it’s spicy.
夫：辣到我話講不清了，這辛辣的後勁隨之而來
Oh it’s a little bit yes. Spicy taste is coming after.
二、排骨雞麵
1.法國姊弟
弟：排骨雞麵辣辣...
It’s spicy.
姊：辣在哪？我覺得排骨雞的麵條好吃，但是麵條本身其實沒味道
No it’s not. I think they are good, but not really tasty.
這碗的湯頭比較有味道，喝起來有點魚和香菇的味道
The soup is more tasty. It tasted a bit also like fish and mushrooms maybe.
2.法國夫妻
妻：我無法形容這濃郁湯頭的口味，但我喜歡
I don’t know which taste it is, but I like it.
夫：恩，這湯好喝
Yes it’s good.
妻：但麵條本身沒味道，排骨雞麵的湯比較有味道
It’s not very tasty. The soup is tastes more.
三、大乾麵紅油擔擔
1.法國姊弟
弟：大乾麵紅油擔擔好辣！
Very spicy!
姊：大乾麵紅油擔擔有點辣，這讓我聯想到韓國那款
Yes they are a bit spicy and they remind me of the Korean noodles.
弟：香料味太重
The spice takes over
姊：在法國，當我們吃到很辣的東西，我們會吃麵包來減輕辣的痛苦
So in France, when we eat spicy food, then we eat bread to lessen the spiciness.
2.法國夫妻
妻：喔！這大乾麵紅油擔擔真的好辣
Oh it’s very spicy!
夫：只吃到辣味！沒有了
Only spicy, no taste.
四、滿漢大餐
1.法國姊弟
姊：這湯頭有牛肉的味道，對吧？
That, this taste has beef. Right?
弟：沒錯！真是一碗好湯
Yes. This is very tasty.
姊：結果這碗也是辣辣的，牛肉塊也不會很硬，咬起來算鬆軟
And a bit spicy, again. It’s not hard at all. It’s really easy to eat it.
2.法國夫妻
妻：這滿漢大餐裡有牛肉塊？真的是牛肉？
There’s pieces of beef? It’s beef?
夫：又是辣的
Spicy again, yeah.
妻：好吃！但這碗也是辣的。滿漢大餐蔥燒牛肉麵的湯好辣
It’s good, but it’s spicy again. The soup is very spicy.
3.法國女（之前來台留學）
你不知道有多麼好吃啊！
You know this bowl will make Chef Oliver cry for 3 days.
我六個月都沒有吃過，我之前是每個星期買一包的
I haven’t had it since I came back to France. I used to buy one every week.
4.法國女（之前來台留學）
這滿漢大餐讓我想起台灣
It reminds me of Taiwan.
我很懷念前年在台灣吃的台灣食物
And I miss eating this kind of food.
五、花雕雞麵
1.法國姊弟
姊：這花雕雞麵好吃呀！
Oh it’s really good!
弟：絕世好味！全部裡面最好吃的
Yeah very tasty. The most tasty.
姊：直接在這湯裡還能吃到雞肉塊，真的挺好的！
I think it’s really good because you can taste the chicken in the soup.
台酒花雕雞麵是今晚最好吃的一碗，到目前為止
I think they are the best one we tried so far.
要姊一個人吃掉一整碗也沒問題
I could eat the whole thing just by myself.
2.法國夫妻
妻：這裡面有酒耶！（比卡提諾新聞還狂）並不會太辣...竟然還有雞肉塊
There’s some alcohol! It’s very good, not too spicy...pieces of chicken.
夫：太好吃啦！如果你沒有要，那老爺我可要把整碗給
Very good very good! Ir you are not. I am going to...end the all of the...
妻：我要我要！
No! Me me!
