embrace 擁抱
embrace與hug比起來，是力度更強的擁抱。在商場上，常用以這個詞來說明「擁抱改變」或「擁抱新科技」。

inform 通知
大家常運用的information「資訊」，是inform「通知」的名詞。inform在英文中有著加上of或about的用法。但在英文試題中，建議先選of為介詞的選項。
I will inform our team about the upcoming changes in the project timeline and the necessary adjustments to be made.
（我會通知我們的團隊有關專案時間表即將出現的變更，以及需要進行的必要調整。）
maintain 維持
企業營運最重要的關鍵，在於維持部門和諧與競爭力，maintain這個字也有保養汽車、機械的意思。特別要注意的是名詞maintenance的拼法很特別。
It is crucial to maintain clear communication channels among departments to achieve our strategic goals efficiently.
（維持部門之間清晰的溝通渠道，對於有效的實現我們的戰略目標至關重要。）
competitive edge 競爭優勢
競爭優勢是台灣人經常使用錯誤的英文單字之一。compete是動詞，competition是名詞，許多人以為將字尾改成competitiveness就可以，但這個字除了解釋為「競爭力」，更有「好爭鬥」的意思。所以若要表示企業的「競爭優勢」，最常見的說法是competitive edge。
Investing in employee development will give our company a competitive edge in the fast-paced market.
（投資於員工發展將使我們公司在快節奏的市場中具有競爭優勢。）
rapidly evolving 快速變化
rapid代表「迅速的」，evolve則是「進化」，2個字結合就變成「快速變化」的意思。除此之外，也可用ever-changing來形容「改變時時刻刻都在發生」。
We must stay agile and adapt to the rapidly evolving business landscape to remain successful in our industry.
（我們必須保持敏捷以適應變化迅速的商業格局，好維持我們在行業中的成功。）
comprehensive 全面
動詞comprehend是「理解」，形容詞comprehensive則是「全面性、廣泛、綜合的」，是在職場商業情境中常用的單字。例如要形容對方的觀點很全面，可以使用comprehensive view。
Our comprehensive training program is designed to equip employees with the skills needed to excel in their respective roles.

ensure success 確保成功
形容詞sure是「確定的」，ensure則為動詞，代表「確保」。在商業情境中，由於有許多事物需要確定，因此經常會使用ensure加強說話的篤定感。
By fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration, we can ensure the success of our company in the long run.
（通過培養創新和協作的文化，我們可以確保公司的長期成功。）
commitment and support 承諾與支持
在公司的內部信件中，常常會用到這2個字，commitment有「承諾、奉獻、忠誠」等意思，support則是「支持」。另一個很常見的說法則是dedication and commitment「奉獻與承諾」。
