日前，台、韓政府相繼預告，最快2018年禁售內含微塑料（micro-plastics）的清潔、化妝用品，成為亞洲最早採取行動的國家。光是台灣，每年就有大約4千兆顆無法自然分解的微塑料沖入海洋，成了海洋生物殺手。
